Ortho-Preferred Home Study Risk Management

Each year, Ortho-Preferred requires members to complete an online risk management course to satisfy your risk management requirement for the policy period. The course is complimentary and is worth up to 6 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. The current Risk Management Course is DT Ortho-Preferred Home Study Risk Management, Volume 2.

Overview: This is not a clinical course. The author is not a physician, but a risk management educator who specializes in training doctors to recognize and avoid the common lapses in communication, documentation, record-keeping, teamwork, and other factors that are often at the root of avoidable malpractice claims.
